Pattamaporn Phakaiya
BIO :
Miss Pattamaporn Phakaiya is the midwife and lecturer at Faculty of Nursing Khon Kaen University. She has experience in antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care in hospitals in Thailand. During her study for master’s degree, She conducted quasi-experimental research to explore the effectiveness of the intervention to prevent postpartum depression in first-time mothers in a hospital in northeast Thailand. She also had opportunities to participate with research experts in the Division of Midwifery, Faculty of Nursing, Khon Kaen University. For example, the project on the enhancement of practices and teaching abilities in Midwifery in Lao People’s Democratic Republic with the cooperation of the Department of Health Professional Education (DHPE), Ministry of Health, Lao People’s Democratic Republic in 2019, the project of simulation lab in nursing practices in 2019, and the project of fast tract system to support pregnant women in Thailand in 2019.
