Assistant Professor Dr. Jitpinan Srijakkot is a lecturer in the Department of Education, Research, and Nursing Administration at the Faculty of Nursing, Khon Kaen University, Thailand. She is guided by the principle that, “Being a nurse teacher is the joy of life to create beautiful nurses to serve the society”. During her tenure, she has dedicated herself to multiple roles such as teaching, supervising, and advising nursing students and graduates in various degree programs. From her combined work and teaching experience, she has extensive expertise in quality of life, work life balance, leadership and leadership development, coaching and supervision, alternative health care, spiritual care and qualitative research.

Assistant Professor Dr. Jitpinan Srijakkot was born in Mahasarakham province. Her passion is to learn and teach. She finds her is happiness in being a teacher. In her opinion, management is something everyone should learn in order to manage oneself and the organization to achieve efficiency and effectiveness. She believes that the heart of our work is communication and building relationships with those around us. including regular self-improvement and learning throughout life.
