Assoc. Prof. Dr. Marisa Krairiksh (retired) has 38 years of research experience and with 5 years of teaching experience in the Fundamentals of Nursing Department and Nursing Education Research and Administration Department as well as the International Master Program in Nursing at the Faculty of Nursing, Khon Kaen University, Thailand. She is recognized for developing and implementing activities that motivate and improve undergraduate and graduate student learning. During her tenure, she has served as a student advisor (helping students define and follow their academic path more clearly) while also developing and implementing nursing management training programs for nursing administrators throughout Thailand. To support both Thai students and this in the International Master Program, she delivered lectures on the health care system, nursing administration, nursing leadership, and quality of health and nursing services. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Marisa Krairiksh is noted as a dedicated and accomplished faculty administrator having served as an Associate Dean for Research and International Relations, Associate Dean for Academics and International Relations and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.
