          Pornpimon Sookpier is a lecturer in the Department of Education, Research, and Nursing Administration at the Faculty of Nursing, Khon Kaen University, Thailand. Prior to her academic tenure, she had more than 15 years of patient care experience. Her combined work and teaching experience has given her a unique perspective on the quality of work-life of nurses and happiness at work including nursing leadership development.

BIO :

          Lecturer Pornpimon Sookpier has extensive experience working at Srinakarind Hospital before dedicating herself to teaching. Her research experience includes examining the quality of work-life, happiness at work and desirable characteristics of nurse administration. She has led research on the relationship between desirable leadership characteristics of administrative nurses and happiness at work of registered nurses working at Srinakarind Hospital. Her current focus in on conducting further research regarding nursing leadership development and fostering improved happiness for nurses at work.
